Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Add Seasoning: Stir in taco seasoning mix and Ro-Tel into the browned beef. Let simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Combine Soups: In the slow cooker, combine cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Stir until smooth.
  4. Mix in Beef: Add the seasoned beef mixture to the slow cooker and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Set to Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, stirring halfway through.
