- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir well with a spatula or spoon for about 3-5 minutes until the mixture is thoroughly combined and sticky.
- Using your hands or a cookie scoop, portion out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls or flatten them into cookie shapes. Place each cookie onto a lined baking sheet.
- Once all the cookies are shaped, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.
