  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (optional) For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season both sides of the chicen breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Lower the heat and melt the unsalted butter in the skillet. Stir in honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Return the seared chicken to the skillet, coating it in the butter mixture.
  6. Roast the chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Baste the chicken halfway through roasting with the butter mixture.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.
