  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber finely diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the tzatziki sauce.
  3. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Drizzle a little olive oil over each naan.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the tzatziki sauce over each naan.
  5. Top the naan with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before slicing. Serve warm.
