Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, hot sauce, egg, and seasonings, mixing well for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into a lightly greased baking sheet or loaf pan, shaping it into a 10-inch long loaf.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth, then spread half of this over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  6. After 45 minutes, remove it and brush on the remaining glaze. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
