- Prepare Bones: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the bones on a baking sheet for 30 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large pot, add 12 cups of filtered water. Then, add roasted bones, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, herbs, and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer: Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and let simmer gently for 4 to 6 hours.
