  2. In a blender, combine the drained tomatoes with diced jalapeño peppers, chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Blend on low speed for about 15 seconds.
  3. Continue blending until you reach your desired consistency, pausing occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  4. Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more lime juice or salt if desired.
  5. Transfer the salsa to a jar or serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
